Can my data be transferred from another management system to Stepping Stone?
We are able to transfer data from some management systems but not all of them. Please contact us for more information.

What format are reports in?
Reports are produced as web pages that can be easily printed to PDF.

Is there any software that I need to install on my computer to use Stepping Stone?
No, as long as you are using an internet-connected computer you can use any supported web browser to access Stepping Stone.

What are the upgrade costs when a new version is available?
Standard systems upgrades are included in your monthly fees. This is not to be confused with custom features for your agency, which are billed on a case-by-case basis.

Are there any maintenance costs?
No, all general maintenance costs are included in the monthly fee. Note this does not include customization or data migration.

Is it necessary to have an IT staff available to maintain the site?
No, we will maintain everything that is needed to keep the site up and running.

What browsers will Stepping Stone work with?
Stepping Stone is compatible with IE 7+, Firefox 3.0+, and Safari 3+.

How long will it take to be able to use the site after I sign up?
It all depends if you need to tranfer data to the new platform. If you are starting with a fresh copy we can have your site up and running in a few weeks. Your billing cycle will not begin until your account is ready to use.
