User Screens

Home Screen When a user logs in, they are taken to this home screen. This gives the user an overview of appointments and tasks, showing a calendar of events, the current caseload, and links to all sections of the site.
Child Screen This is the home screen for child management. It links to all of the parts of the site available for managing a child. This includes tasks such as managing child information, financial details, case reviews, referrals, and many other details.
Reports List This is the list of available reports.

Child Management

Child Information Form When you click on "Receive Child" on the left toolbar, you are taken to a page with three forms. The first form on that page is the Child Information form, with which you can enter a child's case number, managing office, name, and other basic information.
Referral Information Form The second form on the "Receive Child" page is the Referral Information form. Here you can enter referral information, insurance information, demographic information, and other background information for a child.
Child Comments Form The last form on the "Receive Child" page is the Child Comments form. With this form you can add information that is not part of the previous two forms but is still needed.
Child Programs List Clicking on "Child Program" on the Child Home screen brings you to the list of the current child's programs. It shows general information for each program, including the type, dates, and actions available for a program.
Edit Program Form Clicking or "Add New Program" or "Edit Program" on the Child Programs list opens a form for editing a program.
